South Natomas Childcare

Welcome to South Natomas Childcare.  

We appreciate your visit here, and invite you to view
our website.  This facility is licensed (SAC#60506) by
the County of Sacramento and insured by Day Care
Insurance, Inc.  We are licensed for a total 12 children
(4 Infant / Toddlers and 8 Preschoolers).

While specializing in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool
growth and development, we strive to provide a safe,
comfortable, stimulating, fun, and educational
environment for children.  We have "circletime" every
morning at 9:00 am.

We believe children learn best through hands-on
experience, and having a balance between initiated
activities and choice.  Each child is a unique individual,
proceeding at his/her own pace through predictable
development stages.  

Our goals are to:

·  Provide an atmosphere where children feel secure
·  Provide opportunities / activities that stimulate the senses
·  Help each child develop a love for learning
·  Encourage positive self-concept and autonomy
·  Develop fine / gross motor skills, and hand-eye coordination
·  Assist each child in learning about safety and good health
·  Help develop the ability to communicate effectively
·  Develop the ability to play in a group and independently
·  Meet / accommodate any special care needed individually

We know that “play” is the foundation of learning, and
the preparation for academic learning.  Play provides
concrete experiences so they can learn by asking their
own questions and figure out their own answers.  They
become responsible for their own learning, and will
see themselves as explorers, discoverers, problem-
solvers, and inventors; and therefore developing a
passion for learning.

This facility is setup in a home environment with the
center environment concept.  We take pride in our
services, and we're passionate about our field.  Please
